These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Magnificent Store platform and services (the “Service”) provided by Magnificent Store LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Magnificent Store LLC provides a software platform for Amazon sellers, brands, and agencies. The Service connects to Amazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Advertising API, with your authorization, to retrieve and display seller data, automate advertising management, manage inventory, and enable automated repricing. The Service is offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Advertising account. By using the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to access and share the Amazon account data you connect.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at developer@magnificentstore.co
if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Amazon API Authorization and Data Use

By connecting your Amazon accounts, you authorize us to access your data via Amazon’s APIs. You acknowledge that:

Data is accessed only to provide enabled features
You can revoke access anytime via Amazon settings
Data use follows our Privacy Policy and Amazon’s API rules
You remain responsible for compliance with Amazon policies
5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any laws, regulations, or Amazon policies
Transmit malicious code or disrupt the Service
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Reverse-engineer or extract source code
Breach Amazon API agreements
Resell or sublicense the Service without permission
6. Automated Actions

The Service may perform automated actions (e.g., repricing, bid adjustments). You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for all configurations and outcomes
We are not liable for financial losses from automation you enable
You should regularly monitor and adjust automation settings
7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and designs are owned by Magnificent Store LLC and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for business purposes during your subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR COMPLETE DATA ACCURACY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGNIFICENT STORE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnificent Store LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime by contacting developer@magnificentstore.co
. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration or in a U.S. court.
